Delivery, thoughtfully explained

The Rose Edit works with fulfillment partners who ship physical products directly to you from the United States and China. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Where we ship

Physical-product checkout currently supports the United States. Available shipping services and charges are displayed before you pay.

Processing and transit

Product pages give item-specific delivery information where available. U.S.-stocked skincare is normally processed in 1–2 business days. Overseas items generally require 3–5 business days of processing, followed by approximately 4–15 days in transit depending on the item and selected route. Processing and transit are separate; weekends, customs and carrier delays may extend delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges

For products in our standard shipping profile, U.S. shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more. Some partner-fulfilled products have their own shipping rates. A mixed order can therefore show more than one shipping charge. The final amount shown at checkout applies.

Tracking and order help

Tracking is provided when the supplier dispatches your parcel. Please check your address before ordering. Contact elisabethpenningtonwork@gmail.com with your order number for delivery questions, address corrections or a cancellation request. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you and arrange a refund for that item.

Digital products

Digital products have no physical shipping charge. Download access is supplied electronically after successful payment. If access is missing, contact us with your order number.
