Refund policy

All products sold by The Rose Edit are digital downloads. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been delivered.

Because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, we are unable to issue refunds after a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right:

• You did not receive your download link after purchase
• The file is corrupted, broken, or cannot be opened
• You were charged more than once for the same order

Please email us at elisabethpenningtonwork@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
